Quality Control and Inspection

Quality here means measured data on the features you specify. This page sets out what we check, with what, and how inspection fits the production process.

Quality Management

Our quality management system is ISO 9001-certified. If your program needs certification details, tell us at RFQ stage and we will confirm what we can provide.

2D optical projectorProfile, angles, small features, thread forms
Height gaugesStep heights, flatness references, datum offsets

How Inspection Fits the Process

  1. Drawing review before quoting – we flag tolerances and features that are hard to hold or expensive to verify.
  2. In-process checks during machining on critical dimensions.
  3. Final inspection against the drawing before packing.
  4. Nonconforming parts are held, not shipped, and the issue is reported to you with the measurement data.

Reports

If your program requires a dimensional report, FAI, or specific documentation, tell us at RFQ stage. We will confirm what we can provide for that part before quoting.

FAQ

How do you inspect machined parts?

Dimensions are checked with micrometers, a 2D optical projector, and height gauges. Inspection covers critical dimensions in process and a final check against the drawing before packing.

What happens if a part is out of tolerance?

Nonconforming parts are held and not shipped. The issue is reported with the measurement data so you can decide on rework, replacement, or print review.
