Terms of Use
Last updated: October 20, 2026
These terms apply to your use of pro-machiningtech.com. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
About these terms
The site is operated by Shenzhen Yueli Technology Co., Ltd. (brand: Yueli CNC Machining), 1st Floor, Building 2, No. 32-2 Shilongzai Road, Shuitian Community, Shiyan Subdistrict, Bao’an District, Shenzhen, Guangdong, China 518108.
Website content
Information on this site describes our capabilities and services. Specifications, tolerances, lead times, and material availability are indicative, may change, and are not warranted to be error-free. Content on the site, including any prices shown, is not an offer capable of acceptance and does not create a contract.
Quotes and orders
A quote is an invitation to do business based on the drawing and information you provide. Quotes are valid only for the period stated in the quote. Acceptance of a quote, or issue of a purchase order, does not by itself create a binding contract. An order becomes binding only when we confirm it in writing and any agreed deposit or payment terms are met. Production terms, delivery terms (Incoterms), inspection requirements, and warranties are those stated in the applicable quotation, order confirmation, or contract.
Intellectual property
The site content, including text, images, and design, is owned by us or our licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission, except for normal browsing and sharing links.
Customer drawings and technical data
Drawings, models, specifications, and other technical data you send us (“Customer Data”) remain your property or the property of their rightful owner. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable (except as set out below) license to use, reproduce, and adapt the Customer Data solely for the purposes of reviewing your inquiry, preparing quotes, manufacturing, inspecting, shipping, and servicing the parts you order, and maintaining related business records.
- Subcontracting — you agree that we may disclose Customer Data to our subcontractors and suppliers solely as needed to fulfill your order, provided they are bound by confidentiality obligations no less protective than those in this section.
- Confidentiality — we will keep Customer Data confidential, use it only for the purposes above, and protect it with at least the same care we use for our own confidential information. We will not disclose Customer Data to third parties except as needed to fulfill your order or as required by law.
- Return and deletion — upon your written request after completion (or cancellation) of an order, we will delete or return the Customer Data, except copies retained in routine backups and records we are required to keep by law.
- Know-how — manufacturing processes, tooling designs, fixtures, and process parameters developed by us in the course of production remain our property, even where developed using Customer Data.
If your drawings are subject to specific NDA terms you require, those terms in the applicable contract will prevail over this section.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, or submit unlawful, misleading, or infringing content.
Third-party links
The site may link to third-party websites, including WhatsApp and Google, and may load a consent-gated chat service provided by 3CX. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
Disclaimer
We aim to keep site information accurate and available, but the site is provided “as is” without warranties of accuracy, completeness, or uninterrupted availability, to the extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
These terms govern only your use of this website. They do not govern the manufacture, quality, inspection, or delivery of parts, which are governed exclusively by the applicable quotation, order confirmation, or contract.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising from or relating to your use of this website shall not exceed USD 100. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, including lost profits or loss of data.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that may not be limited under applicable law (including Articles 506 and 497 of the Civil Code of the PRC, which render void any exemption for personal injury, for property damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence, and unreasonable exemption clauses in standard terms).
Governing law and disputes
These terms, and any dispute arising from your use of this website, are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, excluding its conflict-of-laws rules.
Any dispute arising from or in connection with your use of this website shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration administered by the South China International Arbitration Center (SCIA) in Shenzhen in accordance with its rules in force at the time of the arbitration. The seat of arbitration shall be Shenzhen, the language shall be English, and the tribunal shall consist of one arbitrator. Where the amount in dispute does not exceed RMB 10,000, the dispute may be resolved under the SCIA Online Arbitration Rules, subject to the technical and electronic-service requirements in those rules. Arbitration fees follow the SCIA fee schedule in force.
These terms do not govern the supply of goods or services. Any dispute relating to a quotation, order, or contract for parts shall be governed by the terms of that quotation, order confirmation, or contract.
Where mandatory law of your jurisdiction grants you the right to bring proceedings in your local courts, nothing in these terms affects that right.
Force majeure
We are not liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including network or hosting outages, cyber-attacks, and failures of third-party infrastructure. This section applies to the availability of the website; force majeure affecting the supply of parts is governed by the applicable order contract.
Severability and entire agreement
If any provision of these terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. These terms, together with any accepted quote or order confirmation, form the entire agreement regarding the site.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version. If we make material changes, we will post a notice on this page for at least 30 days before the change takes effect. Continued use of the site after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
