Information you give us
When you request a quote or contact us, you may give us:
- Your name, company, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, and country
- The part description, material, quantity, target delivery date, and any inspection or certification requirements you include
- Drawings and other files you send by email or through the contact form (STEP, PDF, or other formats)
- Any other information you choose to include in your message
If you contact us by email, phone, or WhatsApp, we receive the information you send through those channels. WhatsApp is operated by WhatsApp LLC (and by WhatsApp Ireland Ltd. in the EEA/UK) as an independent controller under its own privacy policy.
Our website also offers an optional online chat operated by 3CX. The chat does not load unless you accept marketing cookies or enable it in our cookie settings. If you use it, you may provide your name, email address, and chat messages, and we receive technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, and the page from which you started the chat.
Information collected automatically
Our hosting provider records standard server log data such as IP address, browser type, requested pages, and timestamps for security and performance purposes.
We use Google Analytics 4, provided by Google LLC, to understand how visitors use the site. Google Analytics sets analytics cookies and collects information such as pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP address, device and browser type, and interactions with the site. Google Analytics loads only if you accept statistics cookies in our cookie banner. We do not combine this information with other data to identify individual visitors.
We do not use advertising or remarketing cookies and we do not run third-party advertising on this site.

International transfers
We are based in China, and the service providers we use are located in other countries, including:

- Hostinger International Ltd. (registered in Larnaca, Cyprus) — website hosting, content delivery, and email; its data centres and sub-processors are located in the EU and other countries as described in its data processing agreement
- 3CX Ltd. (Nicosia, Cyprus) — online chat, if you enable it
This means your personal information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own, including countries whose data protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction.

Data in routine backups is retained until the backup cycle expires and is then deleted. When personal data is no longer needed, we delete it or irreversibly anonymize it.

You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
